Title: Good price on a scope - UPDATE: re-read if you took advantage of this!
Post by: Rob on December 15, 2010, 02:35:28 PM: Thought I'd pass this along. 110 bucks for a Simmons Whitetail Classic Scope (6.5-20x 50) is a pretty good deal (they claim retail is 270).

It is not a leupold by any means, but if you are looking for an inexpensive scope, it does the job. I put it on a 10/22 of mine and I am satified enough with it to buy a second one to upgrade a fixed power on my 243.
