Thought I'd pass this along. 110 bucks for a Simmons Whitetail Classic Scope (6.5-20x 50) is a pretty good deal (they claim retail is 270).

It is not a leupold by any means, but if you are looking for an inexpensive scope, it does the job. I put it on a 10/22 of mine and I am satified enough with it to buy a second one to upgrade a fixed power on my 243.

167 each 5 star reviews can't be wrong. Looks like a great deal. I've been wanting to change out my old fixed scope on the .30-06. I was thinking Redfield, but now I really need to look at this one.
Thanks Rob for the heads up.

Well, lilke I said, for the money, I am not sure it can be beat. I'm happy with the one I picked up and come payday, I'll be ordering a second one.
