thinking of heading out tomarrow morning. just learning duck hunting and I'm not sure if rain is good for duck hunting or not. whats your thoughts
-
Hunting in the rain can be kinda crappy for the hunter sometimes but in general, the worse the weather, the better the hunting. I have had some great hunts in the rain. :twocents:
-
yeah the rain will get the birds moving.... a little wind also helps...
-
I have never had any problems with the rain, good luck
-
thanks for the help guys! i think i will head to the water in the morning.
-
The nastier the better. If your getting into duck hunting buy Gortex.
-
You can kill then in any weather. You just have to be in the place, that they want to be.
-
Defenatly should move the birds around, Good Luck!

There is that old quote, "Good day to be a duck or a frog," when its really crappy out. If that helps any. :chuckle:
