I looked at the new ruger 9mm today gun felt really nice. Has anyone shot one or own one?

I like the feel, and the different capacity mags, but I am just not sure about that thumb safety.

looked at alot of guns lately and the ruger just didn't fit quite right in my hands... Went with the m&p it fit like a glove with "my hands" The ruger is supposed to be a real good gun tho and has a great price on it.
I'd say if it fits comfortable than you can't go wrong!.. :twocents:

It fits my hand great I even put it on my hip and it didn't seem to bulky. I was really looking for a .40 Cal but I might get it just for a carry gun.

Love the M&P, it's one of the few that are totally ambidextrous.

Great ergonomics on that pistol. For me the deal breaker is that it won't fire with the magazine removed. Yes, I understand that's a safety feature.
Not one I care to have.
