Title: Anyone else have the Monroe spring bear tag?

I know it is illegal to hunt bears over bait in Washington, but if somebody else left a gut pile out there, I'm pretty sure it is legal to hunt that area right?
If you have a spring bear tag for Monroe, and access to the Green Crow tree farm, feel free to PM me and I can recommend a clearing you might want to look at in a couple of days. :)
