Title: reccomendations on beginner bow? thoughts on pse stinger?
Post by: jeepster on February 06, 2011, 07:18:14 PM: i am growing more and more interested with archery... havent shot a compound in a very long time... i know i need to go to riverside archery and test out some gear, but what do you guys think about that pse stinger? seems like a good price... ive heard alot of good things about pse... seriously considering getting a 60lbs "field ready" package (has everything you need minus broadheads, even comes with arrows)....

The stinger is heavy a lot of hand shock and just a decent bow at best.

Post by: flinger on February 28, 2011, 06:56:45 PM: if you are thinking about the 2011 season get out and shoot as many bows as you can and narrow it down to what feels and fits you the best don't "settle" for something just because it seems like a good deal.Buy a decent target and wear it out, before ya know it tomorrow is opening day
