Title: Looking for someone to either rug mount or pedastal mount my Bear - any INFO
Post by: RightPlace-RightTime on May 10, 2008, 10:47:43 AM: Posted my bear hunt from alaska and i now have my hide in a chest freezer. I just got back a couple of days ago. I was wondering if anyone had any info of a taxidermist to take care of it for me. I want a rug mount or a pedastal mount. Not sure yet. So any info of a good taxidermist that does good work would be awsome.

There are obviously some Good taxidermists on here, but not sure if any of them specialize in big Grizz.

He does a ton of brown bears.

Sorry about that. The first one will be of a phased blackie, then a grizz, then a local mans trophy room with Todds work.

I think he does the best cats in the business. If I'm not mistaken I think Rubbles has his cat there this year. Anyway, thats eastside, and you got my westside references in the PM ;)

Post by: bucklucky on May 12, 2008, 07:50:49 AM: Bone, Is that Polar Bear in the background the one that was done in Breakthrough last year? Looks like the same one, they did an awesome water effect with the Ice berg showing some awesome depth in the resin water. Is that Pyser?

Post by: boneaddict on May 12, 2008, 02:04:50 PM: Peyser. I'm not sure if thats the one or not. I remember the one, but don't recall the ice being as tall. It would be cool if it was. That mount is here in town. I'd love to see it in person. The fox mount looked familiar as well. I love the mount.
