Drive north on 101 from Hoodsport at low tide, any muddy looking area will hold clams.  Lots of areas between Hoodsport and Lilliwop. Oyster look for rockier areas.

For steamer clams keep going North of Hoodsport to the Duckabush Flats. I have seen it take longer to walk out to the clam beds than to dig 3 or 4 limits. On the North side of the clam beds is all Oysters too. We make a trip for both over there each Spring.
