Title: body language
Post by: boneaddict on February 12, 2011, 12:34:36 PM
You can almost always tell when and if there is another buck around by watching the body language of the deer you are watching, ESPECIALLY rutting bucks.  Countless times I have found deer I didn't know existed becasue of the body language of the deer I was watching.

:) that my friend is a very good point that I believe is often overlooked. My best buck came from another buck betraying his presence!

I never tire of watching deer, they communicate pretty well for not being able to talk

Then there is this photo......  One is saying don't kill me eventhough I want a piece of your girlfriend, and the other is saying come a step closer and I'm going to give you the horns. ( and yes I said horns. :) )

That second pic is a good pic of a deer that's so pissed off his hair is standing up.  Sometimes when they do that it's almost like there hair changes color.  Cool pics thanks for posting bone.
