Title: Bow hunting Selkirk
Post by: rdale14 on February 21, 2011, 07:27:57 PM
Anyone had any luck up in this area for deer? My parents live in Newport, and I read there are some areas to hunt about 25 miles north of their place. Next season is between 113 and 117, so i am just trying to collect as much info as possible. Thanks!  :archery_smiley:

I never hunted elk there but have seen them deer hunting. Seems like small pockets but did see them in the same area two years in a row. That's been a few years back.

I have gotten pictures of some great bucks up in 113.
113 doesn't have a late archery hunt though so I don't spend much time in that unit for deer.
