So after debating and researching for a real long time.. I found a site based on a recomendation from an Outfitter in MT and bought a pair of Steiner Peregrine XP 10x42. I have a REAL problem in laying down the $ for items like these.. BUT I hope they live up to the rep and are the last pair I will need for a super long time.
Anyway.. I found them at a site called The Sample List. They have Demos for all kinds of optics. If you find a good pair with a robust warranty from the manufacturer, its hard to go wrong and you can save TONS of money.
Check it out if you are in the market: http://www.samplelist.com/ (http://www.samplelist.com/)

I've done about a dozen deals with those guys.
I like them.

I have bought from there also, got a great deal, low shipping and no tax. Can't beat it.

Yup, bought at least 1/2 my scopes off there. Amazing deals...
Now lets let this thread die so everyone wont know about it ;) hahaha

Funny.. I just thought about that..

Me too....
The opticstalk forum they sponsor is a good resource for information, as long as you're not a Leupold fan. :chuckle:
