Title: 5 pounds of hot Italian sausage

Today I did 5 pounds of Hot Italian sausage it turned out great I used 60/40 Pork/elk meat I got a free packet of seasoning from a guy who is trying to market it so I will be ordering more as soon as I can great stuff

I also did a 6 pound pork butt in the cure for Buckboard bacon now the long 10 day wait on that :-)

I just ordered enough to do 25 pounds of meat will post his info when he gets set up
