5 pounds of hot Italian sausage

Hello Everyone

Today I did 5 pounds of Hot Italian sausage it turned out great I used 60/40 Pork/elk meat I got a free packet of seasoning from a guy who is trying to market it so I will be ordering more as soon as I can great stuff

I also did a 6 pound pork butt in the cure for Buckboard bacon now the long 10 day wait on that :-)

Yes the BBB is Hi mtn cure I have tried other home brew methods but this one is the best

the heat was included in the mix he does make a mild one I have not tried it
