Title: Youth Success!
Post by: millertime89 on April 02, 2011, 11:41:02 AM: Well i got out this morning and filmed Dylan on his first ever turkey hunt.. Dylan is our good buddy Matt Mimnaughs son and we had a textbook perfect hunt this morning.. I was able to film from 2 angles from the time they came off the roost about 400 yards out till he hammered this gobbler at 20 yards! It should make for a great show next season :)

There was something about the video that made it seem more like hunting rather than a tv show. Maybe that doesnt make sense, but when i watch some of these turkey hunts it just doesnt look like anything I do.

David, That turkey is almost bigger than you. Good looking hunt.

haha Dylan is in the middle getting dwarfed by that huge fan... I'm over on the right ;) But ya, it was a big bird :)
