Title: Transfer ownership of firearm???
Post by: Recurve-Elk on April 07, 2011, 09:32:01 PM: Hey guys, I turned 18 in February! So here is my question, my mom bought me a 410 shotgun when I was 14 or so. How do we legally transfer ownership from my mother to myself so the gun is in my name?

His mom is giving it to him. So he should be alright in that sense. unless she bought it hot or dirty. lol
