Title: First Rio from NW Kansas
Post by: Phantom Gobbler on May 18, 2011, 11:33:30 PM: Made our second trip to Kansas and had very good hunting for Rios in spite of wind, rain and cold conditions. There were lots of birds and the Jake to Tom ratio was high, boding well for the future. We were on private land for a semi-guided hunt and used ground blinds. My wife harvested her first turkey ever!! Lots of whitetail and mule deer also.
