Boar?   don't think you'll find wild pigs in WA.    The WDFW Rule book shows the only 3 or 4 areas for Goat.  Good luck getting a tag.

Mountain goat tags are rare and one can go a lifetime without getting one. As far as boars. There is a few preserves around. If you are willing to go to oregon or cali I could help you out. Other then that not in washington.

Mike,

I don't think a pull behind BBQ could handle some of them... Just saying.

I'm not sure about boars, but I know there are a bunch of sows at the walmart in Bonney lake.

If you don't (and you won't for some time) draw your goat tag and don't have any luck with the boar you could make a trip to Bremerton. I've heart the Bremahoes are pretty thick over there. I've hear a few guys bragging about getting some with pretty good mass.
