did the state  get rid of the lifetime free hunting and fishing raffle???

They still collect the $$ for it but probably "forget" to issue them.

Yes they got rid of it about a year ago.

they got rid of the lifetime license for the same reason you can't buy a raffle ticket over the internet. the state gaming commission said to was a form of gambling.

Sheeeet, buying a hunting license in this state is often a form of gambling.....   :chuckle:

I can see it now, you will have to go to a dealer for special hunt permits.
