Naw I'm just kidding. Just having someone with the Saminator. Nothing like having your daughter come up and say that she wants to be like you and work beside you. So she got her own mannequin, lots of paints. And one heck of a fun time and she even got paid.
Take care and enjoy life it only happens once.

Now that is way cool! + I am sure it makes for one proud dad! I would hang that thin up in her room :IBCOOL:
-
And none on the wall! that's awesome!
-
taxidermist in the making.... :)
-
Thats the best work Ive seen you post :chuckle: No really thats awesome, good times with the kiddo!!! Deffinately priceless!
-
right on man thats sweet! i can't believe that wall is still white! :chuckle:
-
That is so sweet. All I can tell you Joe is to cherish every moment. Before you know it they are grown and married with their own children. She made me feel bad looking at her work and seeing how small she is and out does my work by a long shot :) :) :) Forgot to tell ya you are going to have your hands full when she gets older better start polishing up those shot guns!!!!!!!
-
Thanks everyone. She was 40 years in the making and beginning to realize that spending time with her is more important to me than anything else.
Muley - I don't need to polish up the shotguns. I am going to make one nice Plaque on the wall between the bears and the cougar with a lil name tag that says Sam's first boyfriend. Should be good for a long time. Probably hang a knife off of it. LMAO.
And now she wants HORNS!!! thats right I said Horns. Ok maybe Antlers, but horns is easier for her to say so we are putting horns on it............

That's funny! I want a update with horns :chuckle: :IBCOOL: Way cute!

VERY COOL!! That's why I retired from the Navy when I did instead of staying longer. I didn't want to miss any more of my youngest boy's life. You only get one shot and I missed WAY too much of my other kids growing up. I cherish every moment I get with my little man now!

she did a good job painting that. if i let my 6 year old paint there would be more pain on the walls then on the deer
-
That looks better than a few I have gotten back from other taxis. Looks like she had a good time to :chuckle:
-
That is awsome. I couldn't stop thinking of my little ones. They've thought me so much Patience, wile keeping me entertained. With all the kaos they stir up around the house.
Priceless.
-
How do I get one? I know if it were mine it would be mounted above all the others. Congratulations...you must be more proud than words can describe and I am sure your smile is from ear to ear.
-
Thats crazy .. good thinking on your part ... :yeah:
-
ok was too hard to make whitetail antlers so we changed it to a mule deer, that was a episode in itself, lots of pictures showing her the difference of a mulie and a whitey. But after all was said and down we came to agreement. Then we had to have them put together with pink and pink burrs.
Overall this has been fun to do, the wife, Sam and I had fun doing it. Taking me a long time to get here but finally learning how to enjoy my time with the family...
Thanks everyone for looking.

Ummmmm I don't know, a Michaels special on some kind of weird looking bamboo. Sam picked it out.
Thanks everyone. It was just a good time to kick back and watch her have fun.....

that is the best ever ... she sure is growing up fast what a cutie
-
You have quite the cutie there Joe. I bet you guys had a ball working on that piece together. My favorite days are when I'm doing rock bases and my 5 yr old boy gets to help slop the plaster around. Days neither of us will ever forget.
-
I would love to be able to afford her work. Have one of her mounts on my wall.
That is awesome!!!!!! She is quite the artist.
-
looking good
-
 great times i bet!

awww man she is starting out young. Now she wants a bear in her room. She already has my grizzly, a smallmouth and her deer. I told her that she already had a bear. And it is quite funny to see a 3 year old tell you that she did not shoot it and she wants her own. I wonder if I let her shoot the 338 one time if that will change her mind :dunno: Well I have an extra bear cape, so looks like I will be doing a lifesize on it with the help of the Saminator......
-
Look out Joe, could back fire on the 338! You let the Saminator start handling that cannon and she will be lookin for a 44 Desert eagle soon :yike:
she's sure is a cutie!
-
Yay Sam ;) bears are good a girl just cant have too many...oh wait maybe that was diamonds but I dont like diamonds so I understand her thoughts...cant wait to see "her" bear
-
Looks like she's been hanging out in Charlies shop too long!
