I keep hoping to draw it, and keep gewtting disappointed.

Honestly, during your hunt, you'll be able to find bulls high or low, but I'd start high. Especially if it's warm. There's only so many "high" places you can conveniently get to. You'll find elk in all of them.

I hope you're able to spend some weekends up there.

If you have the tag. Talk to jtspring on here. He volunteers to help people who have the tag. He doesn't expect any thing in return. I am thinking just a nice guy who loves to help out on the quality hunts.

Post by: link on June 16, 2011, 07:55:49 PM: Don't overlook the taneum side. I think most people hunt the little naches side, which has a lot of elk and a lot of big bulls, but there are a lot of elk and some great bulls on the north end too.
