Hey there Brother Man..
Im still using the same rub. We have tried to come up with a new one but the one we have is great on all meats.
Didnt I give You that recipe? If not I will send post it on here. Let me know.
I took a new job here with Boeing that requires a great deal of travel. Just got back from Denmark. Was there just under 3 weeks.
Thats the reason I fell off the radar.
Here is the Fathers Day cook at My Ol Lady's Diner. It went well

NICE all the way around. Yes I still have the Rub recipe, use it all the time. Just posted it for Jackelope to try.
PS: Whats stuffed in your poppers?
-
We cut them in 1/2 remove the seeds and veins. Then put cream cheese and green onions on the one side, and place a "Lil Smoky" cocktail sausage on the cream cheese and replace the other 1/2 of the pepper and wrap with bacon.Man they are good.
Me and Jane made 125 of them for Fathers Day... :o :yike:
