Hey there Brother Man..
Im still using the same rub. We have tried to come up with a new one but the one we have is great on all meats.
Didnt I give You that recipe? If not I will send post it on here. Let me know.

I took a new job here with Boeing that requires a great deal of travel. Just got back from Denmark. Was there just under 3 weeks.
Thats the reason I fell off the radar.

Here is the Fathers Day cook at My Ol Lady's Diner. It went well

We cut them in 1/2 remove the seeds and veins. Then put cream cheese and green onions on the one side, and place a "Lil Smoky" cocktail sausage on the cream cheese and replace the other 1/2 of the pepper and wrap with bacon.Man they are good.
Me and Jane made 125 of them for Fathers Day... :o :yike:

Ok, Whitey - I need to thank you for the recipe.  My wife and I tried this over the weekend, and I was very impressed with how simple and how good they turned out.

I also make them with pulled pork or brisket instead of the Lil Smokies.
Glad you both liked them.
Awesome.
Whitey.

I've been looking for a good rub for a while now.  Found one that we like but I know there are better ones out there.  Could you PM or post the rub if you don't mind?  Thanks

We have made poppers almost exactly like that except we used bear sausage.
