I know some people hunt the pend oreille (sp?) river quite a bit for divers
-
do they shoot alot of divers? i have heard recently that the pend orielle was good for all waterfowl last fall and winter... im going to be moving back to the kettle falls area again here shortly and i never hunted waterfowl when i lived there. and im wondering how that genral area is for ducks and geese?
-
Haven't hunted near kettle before but I have hunted the pend oreille and did pretty good on divers, mallards and widgeon and every once in awhile a couple geese thrown in. good luck.

yes good early season jump shoot
-
Yeah jump shooting the colville river is pretty good. Or jump shooting from kettle falls up flat creek to northport. Another good fun hunt is to put in a canoe at the arden bridge and float down the colville river to oakshot road or to the radio tower.
