Title: Rose in the rain
Post by: grandpawrichard on July 25, 2011, 10:14:50 PM: Well, our 2 day summer was over today! :( Warm Temps and Sun were replaced with cool temps and RAIN! :(

Out of sheer boredom and the need to do something creative, I rushed outside during a major rainstorm to grab One Photo before I got drenched and without ruining my camera. As I started to do my editing of the photo I decided to change it from a color photo to a Black and White photo. :) I think that one photo turned out rather nicely. :)

I think the rose was melancholy and was hoping that sooner or later the darned rain would stop and the sun would come out! ;) :)

I'm just getting started with my first dSLR. Could you give me the particulars on that shot, ie lens, settings, tripod, distance etc.
Don't they call that exif info?
