Hey folks thought you might like this:
Shane came into the shop and dropped off his bull and asked for a bugling mount, but instead of the standard bugling mount he asked if I could lay the head back farther and really wrinkle the nose. I said no problem and went right to work altering a standard bugling form. Here is the adjustments I made. At first I thought I had layed it too far back but after some sculpting and test fitting the cape. I was satisfied that I had achieved what the customer had desired.

That is, for the most part, exactly how I want to mount the bull in my avatar. Nice work.

Thanks for the comment. As far as the eyes..... about 6 months ago I traded Charlie a few African capes for some one on one time in his shop. I wanted to know how he got his elk eyes so perfect. Much to my suprise we were doing things pretty much the same with a few minor differences. After a few hundred dollars spent on a new air brush and mixing some different colors together I'm finally doing eyes that warrent close up pics...........Thanks Charlie
P.S. My customers are lovin the elk mounts this year, So much so that I got about a dozen calls after the draw results were made public.
