I saw this picture on the Archery World site. Title says:
This is Colt. He wanted to be able to pull 40lbs before archery season.
He is well above that now thanks to his "Bow Buff" he invented.
We just have one question. How bad do you want it?

That is great! A nice simple design; he made his own home gym.

I'll need to send that Idea to my Nephew

I still remember the year my dad said I could go hunting if I could pull the forty pounds and shoot accurately to forty yards. I worked really hard all summer and was ready in time. Still one of my favorite things to do is shooting every night.

Thats awesome  I wonder if he sets his draw length by tying a knot in the rope :)

Haha, I remember those days. I was pulling 25 lbs, and wanted to hunt baaad. Dad said If I could pull 40 and shoot accurately at whatever distance I was comfortable than I could go. He didn't care if my max yardage was 10 yards as long as I could put a shot in the vitals every time. I went from 25lbs to 45lbs in one summer (: Well that was six-eight years ago. I am 18*
