Friend of mine sent these pics to me from Montana....what's your thoughts on score?
-
Didn't they outlaw trail cameras in Montana? :dunno:
Great pictures nonetheless. (Maybe they were from Idaho right? :chuckle:)
-
excuse me....he's from Montana and pics taken in ID :bash:
-
I would say 310-320 +-, but I am no scorer.
And trail cams are not illegal in Montana. :dunno:I know because I live here :)
But you can't use salt licks in either state!!

Maybe the salt lick wasn't intended for the elk :dunno: :chuckle:

:)Everythings legal. He doesn't want me to disclose where it's at. Any more growth or is he done?
-
330 on th biggest
-
315, nice bull!
-
Looks to be at least 310+ for sure.
-
I'd say high 330's
-
He's kinda weak on the back, but great up to the top. Solid 320". Great character -- I'd shoot.
-
I go with Buckly & Backcountry Bow ......300 + He has a little growt left but not much...couple weeks good by velvet
-
dang beauty!

:yeah: His G-4's look really long. To bad the backs are weak. He has a great spread also.
-
another year of mineral blocks should help the weak back end on that guy.
-
there's no way that bull is under 330... mid 340's at least I'd say.
what do you guys give him for lengths?
-
:yeah:
-
No kidding, I am usually the conservative one on here. Glad to see your guys tapes are shrinking. 340ish for sure.
-
Now way thats 340, beams are about 48 at best, 15 inch fronts, maybee 16 on the third, 20 inch swords, 5 inch backs average mass at 52 and a 38 inside ...... what does that come out too :chuckle: I hope it isnt 340 :chuckle:
-
add a little to the thirds, and yep 340. LOL

Ill go 325 max and the one third is 16 ish but the other side looks shorter to me. Looks to me that the bull does not have a very big bodie either ??
-
go 49.5 on the beams with the kink and 22 inch swords and I'll give you the 16 on the thirds, though I think the shorter one is 16. :)
-
Your way off Bone, sorry. I know Im closer to right and Im not goving in. I am looking at a bull with 23 inch swords right now and this bull in the picture does not even compare :chuckle:
-
I think its the bulls fault. He's longarming his best side. kind of an uneven *censored*. You have to come half way though. Hes not a 315 bull.
-
:chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
I upped it to 325 :chuckle:
-
I'll go 329 7/8. Now someone go shoot him so we can measure him.

-

somewhere in there, 340ish...
