I had a pair of 20x50 binos my dad gave me that were bought in the 90's. One of the eye pieces quit moving when i tried to focus so I called pentax and they said send them back with $20 and they will fix or replace them with a pair of equal or greater value. Well I got a new pair of 20x60 binos today from them! Very satisfied with the warranty program and their customer service. The new binos are much lighter than the old ones and let in way more light! Pretty good deal, would recommend them to anyone.

I've heard their PF EDII spotting scopes are awesome. I just can't seem to find one to sample.

Great! I am glad for you! I use Pentax 10x50's and love them. My binos are one of the few pieces of glass I own that are not Leupold.
