Title: Possible hunting partner for packwood 516(private land/cabin near town)
Post by: firehawk87 on August 10, 2011, 01:08:15 AM: I am new to bowhunting this year and might be interested in a hunting partner to go with me. I have private land pretty much in town and a cabin. I have never taken and elk before, but have taken deer. Last year was my first year elk hunting and I was hunting modern and had my sights on a 5x5 but didn't want to shoot towards town sice it was right there. Have lots of elk on the property and just saw a 5x6 on the property 4 days ago. Just possibly looking for someone to show me the ropes when it comes to bowhunting. Thanks.

p.s. If i check my trail camera over my bait sight this week I will post some pictures.

Have been interrested in Packwood area for some time but lacked knowledge of area. Shoot me pm and we can discuss possiblely partnering up. I hunt with 1 partner who I would have hard time leaving behind. If interested let me know

I have hunted elk and deer for years, and have taken elk from stand and using calling techniques. I would be happy to share what I have learned over the years....
