so, since the wolves are partially in washington,.. should this be pack number 6 and 7 for washington? :dunno:

Is Washington using ear tags like Oregon? It does seem like a good idea for identification instead of having to guess which pack a wolf is from when they get a picture of one.

Washington ear tags the pups when they trap them. Usually it's because they're too small (still growing) for a collar.
