I've seen alot of bowfishing on tv and always thought to myself how cool it would be to get into it. But I don't know the first thing about it. I read the starting off post but I guess my real question is, how far would I have to go to bowfish? I live in black diamond over in king county. Where would be the closest place for me to start? Would it be worth putting the money into it if I just have to drive forever for a day of fishin.  :dunno:

Good thing about carp is they are everywhere! Lakes-rivers-ponds etc. I do not know your area but I am sure you could find carp close to your home. Bowfishing is something that you can get into, with a entry level bow for a very small price like less then 60.00.
