Did some training on some local city cottontail, and we traxked one far enough away from the blackberries and out in the open for tora to sight chase. Once she saw that thing take off she was right behind toguing like a champ it was awesome, music to my ears. I knew all what she has been needing is some sight chasing to give her that crave. She chased it till the brush, then tracked it till she flushed it out then chased it till the blackberries. Only thing is I was so excited I took her off leash so she would really get to go after it. So when it was the end of the road at the blackberries, when I came for her I found myself being the dog and her being the rabbit since the come command off leash is not always affective. Got tons I still got to work on with her but we are getting there! Im so ready for her first season!

Definately. She is far from anything. And who says that the next cottontail will even make her open up :dunno:. She still has a long way to go. We'll get there though.
