Title: Fishing around Raymond
Post by: PA BEN on September 01, 2011, 06:07:30 AM: My 12 yr old Daughter and I drew cow elk tags for s. of Raymond. What rivers around there are good for salmon and steelhead from now through the end of December, our tags are for Dec. 16th through the 31st. I well be down scoutting too. Is there any good plunking holes? My daughter isn't good at casting so I thought plunking would be good for her.

long answer: try the north. it gets steelhead and salmon, and i've always heard it's a plunking show down around the mouth.

Cool. I might stay down there when I'm scouting. And well be staying down there for the hunt in Dec. Is there any places to camp? Again Thanks alot.
