This is the gun it will go on Kimber 84m 338 Federal.
It will replace the Nikon 3-9 Buckmaster.
Thank you Addicted (my son in-law) for all your help in getting this scope.
1st impressions are that it is a really solid scope nicely built, everything is really crisp looking through it, even with my tired eyes. Will add more later.

Sweet.
Happy birthday.
It looks like it will fit perfectly close in those rings.
-
Haven't seen the kimber or a fresh picture of it in a few years.
-
I think it will be very nice hunting, half the weight of the Weatherby 300.
I need to get taller rings the front touches the barrel.
-
I dunno why but i thought it was a prostaff on the kimber.

I have a couple sets of Minox binoculars and they have excellent glass.... I haven't had a chance to look through one of those scopes, but I can't imagine it being less than fantastic. Keep us posted.

Very nice! I've never heard any feedback on Minox warranty service. You should really do all of us a favor and take that sucker out and WACK it real good on a rock, send it in and give us a full report on the service. :chuckle:
Enjoy the scope, I've never heard anything but positive feedback about Minox products. I know my buddy loves the binos I had to buy him when I lost a bet. :bash:

:twocents:*Warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage.
-
If my scopes are burnt up in a house fire or stolen from the safe, i've got other insurance to cover that lol.
-
what didnt you like about the nikon? I have two of the prostaff's and love them.. Just curious.
-
Great looking scope, I would like to get a peek through one some time.
-
Minox performed as good as I had hoped, tagged out at 8:30 opening day 1st time ever. Deer was out at 250 yards. Here are a few pictures just got home.
Thank you again to Josh and Ang I love you both.
-
Thats awesome.
250 has some drop in that caliber.
-
any good side by side comparisons with the buckmasters?

Well it has been used as A target many times. It used to be part of the cabin. It is about a mile in from there where I shot the deer and of course uphill both ways LOL.
