Gun cabinet
Foot locker
How about a smoker?
-
Dog house
Portable camp kitchen
Roll top desk
TV/stereo stand
-
8 ft stich-n-glue duck boat
-
headboard and footboard for your bed..
butcher block type cutting board

Duck Boat! http://www.hybridduckboat.com/files/ (http://www.hybridduckboat.com/files/) A couple of people on this forum have made them. I have the plans and it seems pretty straight forward... about 300 bucks just ask Gasman...
-
coffee table or bookshelf.... something nice for your parents would be good.
They will treasure it.

i made one just like Gasman's...in fact used his plans. i'm in the "painting" phase now. if you work 2 hours a night on it, it will take about 2 weeks to complete depending on how much resin/fiberglass you put on it.

Gear storage drawers for your truck bed. Lay down the gate, pull the drawers, access your gear...
Make a bunch of flag display cases to give to a charitable military support organization. I need to make one for the flag which draped my father in laws coffin. I have yet to make this, and am looking forward to doing so after I finish making my shop...

Gunstock(s)

make a nifty rod holder for your fishing poles.
last wood project i did was make guitar hangers for my wall cause i had 5 guitars leaned against stuff
you could make yourself a set of shooting sticks

Chicken tractors are selling for a lot of money on Craiglist lately. You could do your project and then make your money back or maybe even a profit.

How about a clock or a cabinet to store your hunting or fishing gear in so that your gear is all sorted out behind closed doors.
