There was a kid putting a stalk with about 4 helpers in the big field. He was about 60 yards out and all the deer were up and staring. I'm still trying to figure out why all 5 guys were together. LOL

Post by: boneaddict on September 21, 2011, 06:38:08 PM: We saw an absolute giant(s) at about 2,000 yards on this private ranch. Both of us were oooooing and aweing, then it turned out we were looking at different bucks. :chuckle: Meanwhile Ernies Dad coudln't see crap from where he was and I think he was slightly annoyed at us as we spouted out statistics, like 26 inches wide, at least a 7x7, and long points, and 6-7 nch bases. :chuckle: Ernie was looking at the red one and I was looking at a grey one. Then at one time they were head to head. Hes like can't you take a picture with that damn telescope of yours......sorry man, too dark and too far away, but he sure looks good. :chuckle:
