Title: bear summer sausage
Post by: the509hunter on September 30, 2011, 05:55:31 AM: i was wondering i cant find a decent recipes for bear summer sausage and i know allot of u are good cooks on here and maybe u guys could give me a few pointers on what seasonings to use?

Post by: dogtuk on September 30, 2011, 06:23:17 PM: the best and easiest way is to go to wholesale sports or Cabelas and get a kit from hi mtn seasonings they have kits for 30 pounds of meat and instructions it is easy to make mix with 40 % pork butt shoulder roast mix in seasoning and cure and smoke if you need help with this I will be glad to help you get started let me know
