Seasoned with Whiteys Rub!

Uhmmm--Just kidding. These are Tri-Tip strips from costco. Look tasty, but thought it would make a good picture (as they are about the size of coyote strap).
Going on the "egg" as we speak. :EAT: Adding a pasta salad and a nice loaf of french bread. May make it into a sandwich, dunno yet.

Sounds good now that I know it's not coyote. Tried coyote wrapped with bacon on the grill once, it made the bacon taste bad.... :puke:

Glad that is beef! One day when hunting was slow I told my wife a lot of guys I know eat their cougars....I've yet to shoot one but plan on trying it...she asked if people ate coyotes? I said no way....not even your Chinese grampa would eat it.....she said she would....we argue....a bet is made.....and she wants to try Coyote to prove that it can be eaten......I haven't shot a Coyote since!
