Does anyone know if the state still releases birds at the buckshot site? I have heard from several people that it can be a good place to take a new hunter, but can't find any current information on it.
Thanks,
Jasen

It's listed as a release site in the E. WA pheasant pamphlet, so I assume so.

I called the WDFW and they do still release there.

Be careful. Just don't leave any valuables in your truck. Lots of car prowls in that area. I had a couple of buddies return to the ramp after duck hunting, and noticed a car parked by theres, at the launch. They reloaded there guns, and the car quickly drove away.
