How many of you have had a change in the travel of your bullets from your sight in spot to the high country? I sight in at about 300 ft. and will be hunting at 7-8000 this year I believe it will change but how much?

It will change some but not enough to be concerned unless your shooting longer ranges.
As an example my .300WM, shooting at 500 yds., has 40" of drop at sea level and 37" of drop at 8000ft. above sea level.

Thanks

If you're using turrets a good rule of thumb is about - 1/4 MOA per 2500' in elevation gain...
Example: If my correction for a 600 yard shot is +10 MOA at sea-level... then the correction at 5000' (where most of my shots on bears occur) is +9.5 MOA.
If you're using a ballistic type reticule... then you probably won't notice much of a difference out to about any sane range. The only way to know is to climb up there and shoot a few rocks... empherical evidence trumps theoretical ballistic gak... contrary to the popular internet belief.

+1....
Kinda depends on your cal/load too. But more than likely it isn't a major factor of concern.
