No one has got one yet? Lets see some pics if you have.

I did not see a cougar, but I found a deer that a cougar had been feeding on. It was a fresh kill and not much had been eaten. I think that I might have scared it out of the area as I approached the kill site. The deer wasn't cover up at all. I didn't have a cougar tag, but fortunately I didn't see the cougar either. I went back a few days later and the deer have been completely devoured.
-
My cousin spotted one crossing the road in the willapa two days ago.
-
Just heard of another cat today, trying to find the guys phone number to help him out.
-
I killed a 149 pounder in 648 on the 22nd. Pictures on my camera but having troubles transfering to the computer. Maybe a picture in a couple days.
-
I know of a couple guys from Whatcom County killling them this deer season.
-
We just about killed one during modern.
-
Well why didn't you?

This email is to inform you that the Fish and Wildlife Commission recently adopted changes to cougar seasons in Chelan, Okanogan, Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille, and Klickitat counties. Cougar season in these counties opens for "Any legal weapon" on Oct. 15, 2011 and closes December 31, 2011.
Was wondering how many people were able to take advantage of this new season?

I did see one, but it took off so fast that I didn't have time to shoot it. It was a big one unfortunately. He lived to hunt another day.
-
Dang Hump, that is an awesome cat!
-
Really Nice Cat....congrats
-
I think cats are really cool animals... too bad they eat deer and elk.. If we could only get them to only eat coyotes, wolves, or bums or something... gooie ducks... they would be a lot cooler.

I've heard of 5 cats killed in mason county alone, one of them weighing over 220 pounds!
-
I heard about a Mason cat that is supposedly over 200. Getting kind of big. I've found quite a few in Clallam, Jefferson, and Gray's Harbor. One area had probably 4 or more working it over pretty hard.
-

Must be a big reason that Jefferson sucked this year1 Wish i would see one! :yike:

I plan on seeking out cougar and bear next year. Seems like a great time to do it with all the problems they're making. Wife wants venison so I'll meat hunt that first, then I'm all for the other species of deer killers. Maybe some road hunters and spotlight deer hunters too. <---- That is unfortunately a joke......

I'd have to see that to believe it.

:yeah:

I shot this one this year on october 24th not deer hunting but elk hunting. weighed in just under 150lbs. skull measured 14 1/4 green. the next day to top off the hunt I shot an awesome 6x6 bull.
-
Saw one in the early season while archery hunting. First one I've ever seen, wasn't too big ...yet. It kind of makes me interested in shooting cougars and coyotes when I think about the deer in that area that I like to hunt.
That's a nice cat you got with your bow!
