I've been looking all over for a new water fowl parka, jacket etc. that is of course water proof. Cabelas gear is very expensive as is other companies. Do any of you miltary people know anything about the following three items. See links.

I posted them in order of expense. If the last two are good then it's a no brainer. My wife is a hard core fan of Goretex but Gore demands such a high price I am wondering if one of the bottom two would fill the bill? (hahaha fill the bill=water fowl jacket)

After looking into them, with no hands on experience, it would seem for the price they are worth a shot.

Looking at them, they don't look like they breathe- you'd get as wet from sweat as rain. i would recommend something that breathes for comfort- like Cabela's Dr Plus- it's in their Rain Suede line for about $100.
I don't recommend anything from Propper- I was issued stuff made by them when I went to Iraq last year- it was all cheaply made and only lasted a couple weeks before I had to buy my own stuff.
