Title: Meat packing on mules. HUNTER ADDED HIS VIDEO!!!!!

Post by: mtncook on December 06, 2011, 09:23:57 PM: That was the bull we posted the picture of earlier on my black mule Sara. Then the hunter posted a couple of the bull as he fell. The video looks like we were on a trail, but we whacked our way down the ridge to where the guys had packed the bull to. Next time in there we will have a decent trail. That is why Sas's mule has the packboards. They had boned out the meat so you don't see any legs of the bull. I prefer to not have the cape on the head but that is how it worked out. The dogs are part of our outfit and usually are that active.. The hunter Neal has made a video of the hunt with short clips he put together. He might put it on here with a little persuation.

They do a good job of keeping the nuisance mule deer does out of camp and out of the horse feed.
