Title: Upper Smith Creek/Mt. Whittier Tags

Post by: droptine on July 17, 2008, 08:21:35 AM: Yes we know this area very well, Dad had 7 points! He is very able hunter and is so excited about drawing the tag I can't believe it. It should be fun and we are going to start scouting soon. This is the same area that he hunted as a kid, and that he took me into many time's as I was growing up.( before May 18Th 1980) I am looking forward to the hunt. I had a Margret tag about 6 years ago and we saw allot of elk and some nice bulls on that side of the hill. I'll keep you posted. I know the person that drew the cow tag, but has any one heard how got the rifle tag? thanks
