That truck you have, I don't think if it is locked in four wheel drive, any other truck around you is going to be taking it easy. That thing is an animal. Great seeing you on here.

The last time me and mulehunter went out hound hunting for lion i did a real good job of removing his driver side door off his nice new toyota, I couldnt see past my sled trailer and backed up..... mulehunter's door was open and crunch.... :yike: it was smashed against his front fender. thank god for insurance.

Those are awesome cats and I like the JEEP, CHEVY, DODGE, FORD recovery vehicle.

I think its amazing how hound hunters are so drawn to that vintage of Toyota. We used to see them all over th place here in Skagit valley and the surounding hills. If it was that vintage 4x4 it had a dog box in the back! Cool ride.
-
Funny, I knew a couple yahoos that used to hunt the Skagit Valley back in the days that drove one of those. I think my buddy had one too before I knew him.
That is a very nice looking pack you got there Brian. My brothers had dogs and that is some of the most fun you can have hunting. Heck, even when we just hunted coons it was a blast.
-
Looks like a lot of fun.

Sweet looking dogs, nice truck too. Really do miss chasing hounds through the woods. Thanks for the pic's.

I was out looking for lion and bobcat trackes today on the sleds and came around a corner and there was three cougar kittens standing in the road. I jumped off the sled and ran after them barking like a dog and they ran up under a juniper tree . i walked up five feet from them and they just looked at me. dang i wish i had a camera!!!!!!!! just up the road we seen the female circling around...

If u want to run hounds in Utah you can buy a over the counter persuit permit for $30.00 for bear or lion. if you put in for the draw it costs 65.00 for a licence and the rest is all refunded except for 10.00 app fee. and the licence fee.
