What's the most consecutive years you've filled you deer tag? I don't care if its doe or buck it doesn't matter.

24 years and counting
-
27 and counting here, all on Public Lands :IBCOOL:

Seems like I hunt harder now to keep the streak alive
-
6 years, but I've gotten 11 deer here in WA in those six.
-
17 years..... Didn't get one my first year..... A little too much buck fever.... :chuckle: I missed 3 or 4, 3 point plus benchlegs!! And I have yet to fill my tag this year..... Got 3 more days though..... I'll probably shoot a doe now.....
-
26 in WA 27 if I count my Alabama whitie. I might add this year to the zero list by choice. I'm at the point where I don't care if I eat my tag, I'm not going to settle for a dink just to keep a streak alive.
-
This should have been narrowed down to bucks on public land :chuckle:
-
9 years in a row then been eating tag soup the last 2 years. :bash:
-
I've killed a deer every year I've been hunting, since age 12. I am 44 now. I hunt multiple states every year since age 26, always 2 states, sometimes 3 and sometimes 4. Thats not to say I haven't swallowed a deer tag in one of those states on certain years and some years I've filled them all. I really like deer meat.
-
I started when I was 10 and have got one every year, so 12.
-
I started at 8 So 35 :chuckle: My boys started at 8 to ...should I count them to ? :chuckle: :chuckle: :dunno: 10 yrs of killin whitetail in P.A and The rest is all Washington :yike: What I love about Washington is for one I can hunt 3 sub species of turkey and two I can hunt three species of deer ...What the hell more can a guy want OTHER THAN HAVING A FRICKIN STATE THAT SUPPORTS YOU :sry: :bash: thats what I miss about back east ...they support there hunters :twocents:
-
23 deer for the last 20 years and 7 years in a row for elk :chuckle: (22 deer in wa and 1 in Oregon)
-
6 years in a row 8 deer
-
10 years 8 bucks 2 does 6 with a rifle 4 with a bow

I was actually going to start a thread about this topic last week and forgot.
Right now my streak is 14 deer (all archery) since I arrowed my first deer when I was 12. Although I should say that I have almost always shot the first deer I had a shot at during hunting season so keeping that streak alive with does and yearlings wasnt too hard. The way this hunting season has been though Im kinda wondering if the streak will keep going or not. Seems like deer numbers are down this year. :twocents: I have until the 31st in 642.

How do you do that?
-
Deer: every year since 1984.
-
been hunting since I was 12 so 16 years. 37 deer in 4 states. I ate my last tag when I was 16 so a 12 year run for me.
-
Deer, every year since 1983 here in Washington, 29 straight I guess.

With ya Bear. First year I did'nt take one. I saw and had chances on lots of deer, but I was really after a quality buck.
-
My 15 year streak will be stopped. If I dont close the deal by the 15th.
-
Ok now lets know how many of you hunt out of state, and archery hunt, along with how many times you have been divorced and married! Should tell a bit of a differnt story! :dunno:
-
1 year in WA, lol. Working on two so I can actually have a streak.
-
Every year since 2004, so 9 years. Army Made me take a few years off between 1990 and 2001.
-
Every year since 1972, so this was my 40th year in a row. Most of that was in Alaska which is a different game than hunting Washington including the 4 to 7 deer bag limit over the years. W as a rare year I had a tag left at the end of the season. If you've ever deer hunted there you understand.

Second deer tags for five of the last six, forgot to apply one year or something. Won't be applying for that anymore here on the island though for $60+ for a little doe. :(
