What unit #? Did you draw a tag?

I went down there and hunted unit 30 back in 2001. I would love to go back down there and hunt them again. Fairly inexpensive hunt and lots of coyotes. I think I'd like to go to a different area than 30 as there weren’t that many pigs. Any ideas?

What? Why actually put in for a tag? There are tons of OTC leftover tags always available. If you're an archer, you can get an OTC tag for deer for both the rest of this month and a new one in January when the rut picks up down here.

I saw 'em all over the place in 33 and also in 36 when I got my coues deer this year. When I don't have a tag in my pocket, they're usually happy enough to train in front of me, about five yards away, stop broadside for about 30 seconds, and then slowly move on :bash: PM me and I'd be happy to tell you about several places.

I'm currently in Tucson and just accepted a job with the State Dept. out here, so it looks like I'll be here for a while longer. Ive hunted javelina with OTC tags before, but I only ever see them when I have a deer tag in hand or while walking around town. I'll probably pick up a tag for the spring, and I'd appreciate any helpful info you could send my way that might increase my odds of success. Thanks.
