Was wondering what was most popular amongst the guys here. Also, where did you get it? If you don't see your brand, post below and we will add it.
-
Bought mine at Sportco about 15 years ago. I really like it.
-
I got a smokin deal on a stack on at sports authority and have been really happy with it...

I have a beefed up Dakota and an Amsec. I got them at Northwest Safe co. in Enumclaw.

You better add Fort Knox.

-
Liberty from NW Safe Company. Enumclaw, WA. Very pleased. (Word of advice, buy a bigger safe than you think you'll need!)
-
Yukon by browning.
-
American Security, from sportco, but got a screamin deal on a display model at the sportsmans show
-
I have a John Deere branded Liberty that I bought from Barnett Implement in Yakima. Great safe other than i've out grown it. When I get the extra $ gonna sell it and buy a Grafunder
-
Mine is Home Made. Too bad it is not on the list.
-
I have a Cannon I got for a great deal at Sportco in Fife a few years back it looks great, and is built like a tank.
-
I also got a Cannon safe from Sportco when they had a warehouse sale. Don't know if they still have those sales but they used to be a pretty good deal.
Like someone else mentioned, get one BIGGER than you need. You will fill it up over time. It's a lot easier buying a big one to start than trying to sell a small one later because you've outgrown it.
-
Mine's a Sentry. Good price at BiMart, but I have already outgrown it...

The bigger Cannon from Costco with the electronic lock and a power/USB port inside is what I bought. They have them on an online sale a couple times a year for $799 delivered. http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11642193&search=gun+safe&Mo=6&cm_re=1_en-_-Top_Left_Nav-_-Top_search&lang=en-US&Nr=P_CatalogName:BC&Sp=S&N=5000043&whse=BC&Dx=mode+matchallpartial&Ntk=Text_Search&Dr=P_CatalogName:BC&Ne=4000000&D=gun+safe&Ntt=gun+safe&No=2&Ntx=mode+matchallpartial&Nty=1&topnav=&s=1

Isn't there a safe company right there in Washington. Can't remember the name, Trapper or something like that.
Tracker from Vancouver Wa. If you pick it up directly from them they are reasonable. Shipping out here is 300$
-
Well, I didn't see it on the listing, but I have a TRACKER safe. Thing is awesome. Super inexpensive and has all the same qualities as the mid-ranged safes. Has electronic keypad, tons of storage and shelving all for under $600. Does the job I need it to.

The trackers are an entry level safe Similar to the Sentry and Stack-on product. With safes, you always get what you pay for. Those Trackers are imported from China, and resold here in the states. The Winchesters, Chinese built Cannons (which is most of the line), Sentry, stack-on, Trackers safes, and most of the ISO 9000 chinese factory built safes have skip welded bodies in them. Pretty low grade security, and it raises suspicions of what the fire rating actually is.
