Title: Couple of stupid questions from an unimformed member

2. Spotlighing?

3. Can you bait cougar?

Sorry but, I can't figure it out from the regs.

To answer your questions, I agree with Tony, except I wouldn't worry about having a bear tag with you. Just don't shoot a bear over bait and you should be fine. Just having the tag in your possession doesn't make you guilty of hunting bears over bait.
