I order a lot of my stuff. You can save a lot of money shopping the net. Check out nosler, they always have some killer deals in there promotion area

The best deal on bullets I've found is the Varmint Nightmare bullets from Midsouth Shooters. I have found them to be just as accurate as V-Max bullets, and way less expensive. Reliable company to deal with, too, so no worries there. For pistol plinkers, I use a lot of the Rainier Leadsafe bullets. They are a copper plated cast lead bullet, cleaner to handle than plain lead, and don't lead foul the bore.
powder and primers I buy locally. Unless you can go in with some friends and do a big order, the hazmat fee cuts down any savings.

No one could pattern me with my buying habbits. If I see a component/s at good price, I buy. Even if I don't need that item at the time. I buy in batches from forums, online, Craigslist, retail or where ever it's a good deal. I pour a lot of my own lead for plinking and competition to save money.

If you are around a Bi-Mart, check them out for powder. I am not around one but I check their adds online and a couple of times a year they have powder on sale for $2 off. When the sale comes on I just make my way to one and go in twice. I think that they limit you to 4 pounds/visit on the sale? With the sale they are the least expensive, even the online stores that I have checked (Powder Valley) and with the online stores you have to pay a Haz-Mat charge.
For Primers I have done well on Craigslist, I recently bought 9K Large/Small Pistol for what came out to less than $20/thousand. This isn't the norm though. If you can find primers for the $25/thousand range, pick them up in bulk. The gun shows (for some reason) also seem to have less espensive primers. Powder Valley (online) has some very good prices but with the Haz-Mat and shipping it comes out pretty close to what you can find around home if you do some work.

High Mountain in Moses Lake has a good selection. It is a little high, but It is real cheap when you figure how far a guy has to drive to go buy reloading componants out side of Moses Lake. If I am out in a different city, I will buy anywhere the price is cheap. But if I need something, High Montain get my money verses making a special trip out of town.

Also Tri-State Outfitters in Moses Lake , good selection
,fair prices for the area. :twocents:
