It may not be the oldest, but...

I have my dad's Rem. 760 pump.  According to the serial # it is one of the first 100 .300 Savages produced in that model.  It still holds 1-1.5 in groups all day long if you do your job.

1933 hex receiver Mosin Nagant, I refinished it, shimmed the trigger, changed the buttplate out for a recoil pad and have since shot it quite a bit on a few occasions. Recoil is pretty mild as the gun is fairly heavy and uses a relatively low velocity cartridge, very reminiscent of shooting an old mauser.

Borrowed both photos off the web.

Grandpa's, then Dad's now mine.  Savage 219  30-30.  I also have a 20 gauge barrel for it.  The fit and finish are incredible.  I called Savage when I brought it home after Dad died.  All they could say was it was made sometime in the late 1940's.

I also bought an Ithaca Model 37 16ga a few years back, made in 1952.

And there's the Winchester Model of 1917, found at an Estate Sale with a box of other stuff, paid about $26 for it.  Pretty good shape too.  Along with a J.P. Sauer & Sohn Model 1913 7.65mm  (.32ACP) with the origianl holster

My Great Grandfathers Winchester model 1892 in 38 WCF.   Manufactured in 1893.  My Grandfather had it bored into a 44-40, because it was shot out! Three generation back have killed deer with this rifle.  I've retired this gun to my safe!

My oldest is not anything to exotic. It is a bolt action Remington .22. My father purchased it when he was in his early 20's (now early 60's) and gave it to me some years ago. It is my first firearm owned and will be the one that is never gotten rid of, only passed on.

I've got 5 Winch. Mod. 97's and one is over 100 yrs old, 12ga., full choke, 31 inch bbl. and still shoots nice or it did last time I shot it. It stays in the safe now. One of the others is a 16ga. and then I use the others for Cowboy Action Shooting. Have a Ruger Blackhawk shipped from the factory in '57 that I bought used back in '72 for $85. I use it for CAS also. Then I think it's a Mod 61 or 61A Winch. pump 22 that was my dad's. I guess my kids will get these after I kick the bucket.

My answer is: I dont know. Best guess is what the dude told me who sold it and that its from the 1870s and is French. Looks to be a breech action.shotgun whose. Stock was probably cut down. The word "HUNTER" is stamped on the barrel but nothing more. I figured it could be junk, but Im a sucker for well patinaed wood and at $20 I couldn't be out much. Ideas?

1884 Trapdoor date stamped 1892.  I also have a double barrel damascus barrel 12 g. Forend Arms but am not sure of the date of manufacture.

My parents have a 1863 Springfield found in a corn crib in the fifties that has my name on it.  It is, unfortunately, not fireable, but still cool.

EddyStone Model 1917 30-06, open sights w/stock flip up peep.  Built in either 1917 or 1918.  Shot my second deer with it at 12yo in New Mexico.  Snuck up on a little forked-horn mulie.  Had his back turned to me and head down feeding.  So, I shot him behind the ear when he lifted his head.  Gun is at my parents house in AZ, as Dad still takes her out every now and then.

I also have an old Stevens Model 311 side-by-side 12ga that is at least 40yo.  Let one of my buddies son shoot it the other day at Kenmore range while shooting 5-stand.
