North of Billings, MT. Co-worker took the pics with a 400.. not sure which 400, but on a Canon.
I gently added contrast and a little saturation to this one.

Try again HillBilly... he's a little bigger than a Coopers...and there are a couple other distinguishing characters.

Giveaway is the black belly band and the feathering to the toes.

Lots of variation of color with this raptor. Usually a wintertime visitor. Vole eater.
